1. Acceptance of terms

By using the 1º Direito platform, you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using our services.

2. Service description

1º Direito is a property search and brokerage platform for rentals in the Lisbon District. We are not a real estate agency, but a listings aggregator that facilitates contact between tenants and landlords/agencies.

3. Platform use

• The platform is intended exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes.
• Scraping, copying or redistributing content without authorization is prohibited.
• The user is responsible for the accuracy of information provided in forms.

4. Liability

1º Direito does not guarantee the availability, accuracy or timeliness of listings. Property data is provided by third parties and may be outdated. 1º Direito is not a party to rental contracts entered into between users and landlords.

5. Intellectual property

All platform content (design, texts, logos, software) is the property of 1º Direito or its licensors and is protected by copyright.

6. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In case of dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon.

7. Changes

1º Direito reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the update date.
